Hello and welcome!  My name is Allen. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Maryland and a Reiki Holy Fire III certified practitioner.  I'm excited to bring my knowledge and presence to the field of bodywork and to help you reach your highest wellness potential.

While I have always understood the power of compassionate touch, I spent ten years in the Air Force before I discovered massage therapy as a profession.  My experience in the military was important because it taught me how to be present with my work, how to focus deeply and ensure every detail is attended to, and how to collaborate with people to find the best solution to every problem. Above all, it taught me the importance of excellence.

When I realized I wanted to change careers, my decision was not hard. I wanted to do something where I could exercise my more nurturing side and express my individuality.  My friends have been telling me for years that I have a gift for healing people with touch, and so massage therapy was the natural choice.

Now I'm offering you the chance to experience professional bodywork in the comfort of your own home or the convenience of your workplace.  I promise to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and honor you wholly.  Let me show you the true meaning of healing.
